Trouble Accessing Content in the Employee Dashboard?
If you’re having difficulty viewing or accessing specific content in the Employee Dashboard, the issue is often related to your web browser. Try the steps below before contacting support.
1. Clear Your Browser Data
Old or corrupted browser data can prevent pages from loading correctly.
Clear your cache and cookies
Close your browser completely
Reopen the browser and sign back into the Employee Dashboard
Tip: You do not need to delete saved passwords unless prompted.
2. Try a Different Browser
If clearing your browser data doesn’t resolve the issue:
Open the Employee Dashboard in a different web browser (for example, Chrome, Edge, or Firefox)
Make sure your browser is fully up to date
Many access issues are browser-specific and resolve immediately when switching browsers.
Login Errors for HSC Employees
HSC employees may occasionally receive a login error when accessing the Employee Dashboard.
Incorrect Password Message
If you receive a message stating that your password is incorrect, but you’re confident you entered the correct password:
Click “Sign in with another account” on the login screen.
Enter your HSC credentials (username and password).
Attempt to sign in again.
